This 5 minute video demonstrates how to create a re-usable project template in Apptivo Project Management. We'll walk through creating a new template, adding your milestones and tasks, and providing your task estimates & dependencies. Once the project template is created we will create our first project, and then view the project schedule which is automatically generated. Changes to this schedule during this project are also easily achieved by using our new interactive gantt chart.
