This video provides a complete demonstration of how to set up contacts sharing between users in your Google domain, and the Apptivo CRM system. Apptivo offers this feature for free to any user with a Google Apps for Business account. The setup instructions covered in this video will show you how to install the application, import your users, and configure the proper settings. At the end of the video, you'll be ready to import your contacts to be shared. Keep in mind that there are several different configurations available, depending on how you want to sync contacts in your organization. Once you complete the instructions here, you'll be ready to import contacts into the system.
