This video covers the security role and Google Apps contact sync settings for the Apptivo contacts sharing application. If you have just set up a new user to share contacts with in Gmail, or if you are having problems with missing contacts for certain users, this video will help. If an employee does not have the proper security roles in Apptivo, or if they do not have the contact sync enabled, then they will not see a complete list if shared contacts in Google. You'll want to assign them a role to view the contacts, and then everything will sync over. This video will solve the following problems: (1) My employee does not see the "Apptivo Contacts" or "Apptivo Employees" groups in Google Contacts (2) My employee sees both groups, but the "Apptivo Contacts" group is empty, while "Apptivo Employees" has contacts.
