Good news for contact lens beginners! Taking out your contact lenses is even easier than putting them in. All you need is your bathroom sink, a clean counter top, soap, and a towel. Step 1 - Wash your hands with an unscented soap, and dry them them with a lint-free towel. Step 2 - Put your towel over the sink to keep your contact lens from going down the drain. Step 3 - Open wide. Pull your upper eyelid up and your lower eyelid down. Step 4 - Use your thumb and pointer finger to gently pinch the outer edges of the lens toward each other. The lens will come away from your eye. Step 5 - If wear daily disposable lenses, you can throw them away. If not, watch the next video to learn how to clean your contacts.
