This is a push up where there are 4 different hand positions which simulate the hands of the clock. The four positions are: – both hands at 12 o’clock – one hand at 3 o’clock and the other at 9 o’clock – both hands at 6 o’clock – the final position is in the center of the clock Count one repetition per push up.
