Here is my first longest plank that I train on my own, playing with the songs, playing with the numbers. At the beginning of my plank challenge it was how many songs I could accumulated, then it was the whole album of 58 minutes done. No stop, sides plank, getting distracted from the music 🎶 that helps me feel to stay in kind of mouvement. This video is not good quality but I'm sharing anyway my body&mind experience that have fun into it and may encourage others to plank, to stay strong, healthy and happiness will follow...with that confidence that we all can achieve anything we want. Plank strong!
